The Red Shoes

In 1948 Moira Shearer starred in the classic ballet movie "The Red Shoes". The film, loosely based on the Hans Christian Anderson story, was an artistic tour de force and way ahead of its time. This painting is dedicated to it and all artistic obsessions.
